Dr. Eileen Timmins and Dr. Alicia M. Straughter have been
friends as well as business partners for the last 20 years. They
both have extensive backgrounds leading nonprofit organizations.
Eileen has served as a global human resources officer in many
different types of organizations, while Alicia has been a leader
for the inner-city youth of Chicago and throughout the United
States, through a program called Athletes Against Drugs (AAD).
Recognizing the gap in leadership, as well as the challenges and
privileges, Dr. Eileen and Dr. Alicia have joined forces in
creating a podcast that will uplift, encourage, and challenge
anyone in a leadership role.
Soul of a Leader podcast was born from the idea that there are
lessons and blessings out of any situation.
