Leading with empathy and values during COVID-19, leaders must make adjustments with their leadership style by delivering the right messages to employees. Leading with honesty and transparency is key. There's a lot of uncertainty so it's good to communicate as much as possible to ensure employees feel secure. HireWell provided extra services to clients for free. The value is not really the brand it's the people that make up the brand. Since hiring has significantly decreased, the organization created new levels of values to help everyone feel secure.
